On Wednesday, actor Arun Vijay has completed shooting for his upcoming action thriller, Thadam, directed by Magizh Thirumeni. Touted to be an investigative crime thriller, the movie is in the post-production stage. The news was revealed by Arun Vijay himself through his Twitter handle.
The actor also revealed that he will be making a big announcement shortly. Tagging it to be a “#Surprise”, the Yennai Aridnhal villain has created curiosity among fans with his latest tweet.

“Done with the shoot for #Thadam !! It’s going to be a wrap for the film today.. postproduction will be done on full swing.. working to deliver the best product for you’ll.. will keep you’ll updated.. My next big announcement will be out shortly..#surprise ! (sic)” tweeted Arun Vijay.
Thadam marks the actor’s 24th film. It is reported that Arun Vijay will be essaying dual roles in the movie, which has an ensemble cast with the likes of Tanya Hope, Smrithi Venkat, Yogi Babu and Vidya Pradeep. Produced by Redhan The Cinema People, Thadam has music by Arun Raj.
Arun Vijay is expected to join the shoot of Prabhas’s multi-lingual action thriller, Saaho. Arun is playing an important role in the movie along with Neil Nitin Mukesh as the main antagonist. Being directed by Sujeeth, Bollywood diva Shraddha Kapoor plays the female lead in the movie.
Arun Vijay’s last Tamil outing Kuttram 23 did strike the right chord with audiences and fared well at the box-office impressing the critics. We wish the actor all success in his upcoming projects as well!
