In an interview with a popular entertainment portal, actor Sivakarthikeyan revealed how his Velaikkaran co-star Nayanthara reacts to being called ‘lady superstar’.
Sivakarthikeyan says that Nayanthara never takes such titles serious. Infact, if anyone refers to her as ‘lady superstar’, she requests them not to use it at all. Sivakarthikeyan who sings praise for the actress for her sincere efforts, adds that she has been rightly called ‘lady Superstar’ as “she is taking up really good movies and doing exceedingly well too”.
Sivakarthikeyan and Nayanthara are teaming up for the first time in the much-hyped movie, Velaikkaran directed by Mohan Raja. Slated to release on December 22, the movie also stars Sneha and Fahadh Faasil in pivotal roles.
Nayanthara, the reigning queen of Kollywood, earned the title ‘lady superstar of Kollywood’ after her successful comeback in Kollywood with the 2013 superhit Raja Rani. From playing glamorous roles to perfecting gutsy women-centric characters, Nayanthara has been proving that she is an actress of substance for the pas few years .
