The entire nation is mourning the shocking demise of legendary actor Sridevi. The talent powerhouse passed away on Saturday evening in Dubai. As per the forensic report, the death of the actor occurred due to accidental drowning, following the loss of consciousness.
After the news broke out, speculations have been doing the round regarding the actor’s untimely demise. As per the latest development, the Dubai Public Prosecution approved the release of the actor’s body to her family in India after investigating her death.
“Dubai Public Prosecution has approved the release of the body of the Indian actress Sridevi to her family following the completion of a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances of her death,” tweeted Dubai media office.
“Dubai Public Prosecution stressed that all regular procedures followed in such cases have been completed. As per the forensic report, the death of the Indian actress occurred due to accidental drowning following loss of consciousness. The case has now been closed,” declared Dubai media office.
After a long wait, Sridevi’s mortal remains are expected to reach Mumbai on Tuesday night.
