CBSE has announced that the results of the 2018 NEET UG examinations will be released on Monday afternoon. The exam, conducted for admission for MBBS and BDS courses, was held on May 6, 2018. Over 13 lakh medical aspirants have taken the exam, held across 2255 centres.

Notice to Tamil Nadu govt. and CBSE
The NHRC had sent notices to the Tamil Nadu government and the CBSE over the alleged hardships faced by TN students who had to travel long distances to take the exam. “The NHRC has taken suo motu cognisance of a media report alleging that a lot of hardships were faced by young students, who had to travel across the state to write their NEET, organised by the Central Board of Secondary Education,” it said in an statement.
