After Asin, Trisha, Tamannaah, Shruti Haasan, Kajal Aggarwal and several others, Kollywood’s reigning queen Amala Paul is all set to make her Bollywood debut. Putting speculations to rest, Amala announced her Bollywood debut in a recent interview to a popular newspaper.
Starring alongside Arjun Rampal, Amala has signed a thriller directed by Naresh Malhotra. As the makers approached Amala after seeing her Tamil projects, the actress is said to have had no auditions for her ‘tailor-made’ character. The movie will go on floors from October and will be shot in Himalayas.
The actress is currently busy shooting for Adho Andha Paravai Pola in Tamil. She is also part of Prithviraj’s upcoming Malayalam movie Aadujeevitham, in which she will be playing a meaty role.
