Only recently, actor Silambarasan turned music director for Santhanam’s Saka Podu Podu Raja. The film opened to a positive response and the music was appreciated.
Following his debut as a composer, Simbu has now composed a new single called Marana Matta that celebrates New Year 2018. He has roped in popular stars Oviya and Harish Kalyan to sing the song. Incidentally, both of them also participated in a popular reality TV show last year and were equally loved by the audience.
The lyrics for the song have been penned by Vijay and the lyrical video has already crossed 6 lakh views on YouTube.
Meanwhile, Oviya is currently working on Kanchana 3 and Silukuvarpatti Singam, while STR will soon start work on a Mani Ratnam film.
