Every hero will have their own favorite comedian. One such comedian who’s made a mark with a popular hero is Soori, more affectionately called ‘Parotta’ Soori, thanks to his role in ‘Vennila Kabbadi Kuzhu’.
Despite a busy schedule, Soori is set to open a new restaurant with his brother.
Guess who’s coming for the opening ceremony
The restaurant is named as “Amman”. Sources say, Sivakarthikeyan is coming for the opening ceremony. The duo is not only known for on-screen chemistry but also their off-screen friendship.
The Siva-Soori combo has been there for some time now and has been a part of ‘Manam Kothi Paravai’, ‘Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam’, ‘Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga’, ‘Rajini Murugan’.
Busy friends
There are five upcoming movies of Soori in 2017. His next film, Ippadai Vellum’s trailer was recently, and received praise from Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar.
Starring Udhayanidhi Stalin, Manjima Mohan in the lead, the film, it seems, is a movie where romance, action, and comedy all rolled into one. It also has Vijay Sethupathi’s voice-over for a good measure. Directed by Gaurav Narayanan, Ippadai Vellum is scheduled to hit the screens on November 9.

Meanwhile, Sivakarthikeyan is busy with his upcoming project ‘Velaikkaran’, which the film deals with how persons with the same identity from the cities of Chennai and Coimbatore fight for a common cause.
Nayanthara, Fahad fassil, Sneha, Prakash Raj, RJ Balaji, Sathish, Robo Shankar, Thambi Ramaiya and Yogi Babu are are a part of the movie.
