Well known entertainment channel Sun TV has bought the satellite rights of director Sundar C’s upcoming film Kalakalappu 2.
The channel revealed the information on its twitter page, “@SunTV buys broadcast rights of #SundarC’s #Kalakalappu2 movie”.

Khushbu Sundar too tweeted, “Very happy to announce our association with @SunTV cementing yet again with them picking up the satellite rights of #Sundar.C’s #KALAKALAPPU2..Nobody entertains like #Sundar.C n @SunTV super combo once again (sic).”

The 2012 movie Kalakalappu was a laugh riot. Directed by Sundar C, it had Vimal, Shiva, Anjali, Oviya and Santhanam in lead roles.
While there were a lot of speculations about Oviya being part of the sequel, we hear that the cast for the movie has Jiiva, Jai, Sathish, Nikki Galrani and Catherine Tresa, among others. The shoot for the film is happening in full swing.
Hiphop Tamizha is scoring the music for the movie.
